Why is it worth training with you? What are you like as a Trainer?
I have 10 years of experience in coaching. My priority is the health, safety and fitness of my clients, which translates into their satisfaction and faster achievement of their goals. With my approach and cheerful disposition, I easily establish relationships with my clients and infect them with my love for exercise. I can listen to the client and sense his well-being on a given day, thanks to which I adjust the training load accordingly. I consider myself a patient and meticulous person - I always try to thoroughly explain the issues that concern me. I enjoy what I do, and the development of my students gives me great joy and satisfaction. Training is not only my job, but my passion and I put my whole heart into it, which resulted in the Capital of Movement.
What are your hobbies? What are you interested in in your free time?
My greatest passion is sports - beach volleyball and tennis are the disciplines closest to my heart. I take part in obstacle races several times a year.
In my free time, I appreciate time with my family surrounded by nature, a good movie or a book.
