Physiotherapist
Why is it worth undergoing therapy with you? What are you like as a Physiotherapist?
In his daily work, he focuses on patients with orthopedic injuries, musculoskeletal overloads, mobility limitations and other painful functional dysfunctions. I assume that most patients' place is in the training room, not on the couch, which is why, as a physiotherapist, I most often use active exercise therapy methods, elements of motor preparation and patient education, so that he has the tools to deal with his ailments. I believe that in physiotherapy, a very important component is the patient's education, which plays a huge role in the process of returning to fitness, therefore, during diagnostics and planning therapy, I try to calm the patient and choose a rehabilitation path to meet all his expectations. Of course, elements of manual therapy will also be necessary to eliminate pain and to introduce movement as soon as possible.
