DUET training

Personal training, DUET, group classes

Our studio is a great place to spend time together. You see each other earlier, you're not late for dinner together, but above all, you motivate each other.

"Duet" training is a good idea for all those who do not like training alone. You can take anyone you want with you to training - your partner, friend or family member.

The advantage of "Duet" training is the fact that the exercises are individually tailored to each person. The trainer pays attention to the technique of the exercises and adjusts the intensity and difficulty of the exercises separately for each trainee. Another huge advantage of these classes is a large dose of motivation, smiles and the opportunity to spend your free time with your loved ones in an active and productive way.

Group Classes

Nothing motivates you to exercise regularly more than a regular group and an hour of classes. You can come and practice with others who want the full comfort of a boutique studio at an affordable price. Our Group Classes are small groups - usually 5-6 people, a lot of positive energy and specific topics.

Massage & Physiotherapy

Kinga and I are in the final phase of the protocol for returning to running after ACL reconstruction surgery. Our main goal is to return to our favorite winter activities in the upcoming season

At the beginning, through an interview and preliminary examination, the therapist gets to know you and the problem you are struggling with. Based on the information obtained, he selects appropriate therapeutic techniques. During the diagnosis, the therapist also determines the course of comprehensive therapy, which will lead to reducing pain and regaining lost functions. You will also receive tips on how to function and train in a way that is safe for your body. Therapy can also help reduce muscle tension, improve range of motion and get rid of pain

We have experience with people after orthopedic procedures: ACL reconstruction, meniscal surgery, fracture fixation, arthroplasty, spine, shoulder and hip surgery. Physiotherapy is also addressed to people struggling with muscle injuries due to overload or experiencing non-specific spine pain.
